Protecting Your Possessions

Part of our responsibility is to look after your belongings. That’s why every Bluebird campus is secured with technology such as cameras, fencing, and passcode protection. In addition to our state-of-the-art security, every facility is brightly lit and well maintained so that you can access your unit, day or night, in total comfort.

Have any items that need additional care and protection? Specific locations have temperature-controlled units that offer heating and air, so if you have paintings or important documents, you can rest assured they’ll stay in excellent condition. Because everyone needs a little extra protection for their belongings, we offer protection plans on all our units, ranging from $5,000 up to $20,000, so you can pick the policy that suits your needs.

Transparent Pricing

At Bluebird, every great relationship starts with honesty. That is why we make our pricing 100% transparent from the start. Many storage companies offer low introductory rates, and after you move all your belongings into their facility, increase your rent every 3-6 months. Part of our honest pricing means we won’t raise your rent for at least 365 days from your move-in date, so you know exactly what your monthly bill is. In addition to our locked-in rent prices, we base our rates on a full month’s service, not a 28-day billing cycle. Here, you pay one price, once a month, for one year, because we value our customers.


Our Customers are in Control

At Bluebird, we empower our customers to take control of their self-storage experience with the right tools. But, we also understand that jumping into these big decisions can be challenging. That’s why, no matter how you approach your storage experience, the Bluebird team has your back.

Only Pay for What You Need

Here, what you see is what you pay for. With over 15 unit sizes and 30 price points to choose from, you can pick the best unit for your self-storage needs and budget because it’s okay to have both.

Once you select your unit, you can move in any time within two weeks of your rental, and your payments don’t start until your move-in date. Aren’t sure if we’re your perfect match? Within seven days after move-in, if you are not completely satisfied, we will refund 100% of your rent and administrative fees, no questions asked. Plus, we won’t force you to sign any long-term agreements so that you can up-size or down-size the unit you need at any time.

Contact-Free Rentals and Tours

Everyone’s schedules are busy. Between work, family, and juggling a move, it can be difficult to book, tour, or visit our storage facilities. We understand your time is valuable. Our goal is to make your rental experience comfortable and convenient at Bluebird, so you can spend your time doing what matters.

Don’t have time to see a unit in person? Many of our facilities have contact-free virtual tours that let you explore the inside of a location from the comfort of your home. Nothing provides peace of mind quite like seeing where your belongings will be. Once you’re ready to rent, you can pick up the phone to speak with one of our team members or book your unit using an online reservation. Bluebird wants you to view, book, and move into your unit on your own time.

Combining Comfort and Convenience

We offer flexible services and amenities to simplify the storage process. Many of our facilities provide covered unloading areas, large elevators, and other accessible features that make moving more convenient. Once you move in, our staff can even accept mail and packages on your behalf. Moving in a hurry? We sell boxes! You can order your boxes, moving, packing, and other valuable supplies ahead of time and we will have your items ready for curbside pickup at your convenience.

Flexible Hours of Operation

After move-in, you can generally access your unit 7 days a week between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm  (access hours may vary by location).

Helping You Build a Better Business

We understand that not all storage unit rentals are for homeowners. Our services are catered to help both homeowners and business owners by providing you with a reliable storage solution. At certain locations, Bluebird offers business boardroom rentals, so you can hold a meeting when you’re in-between spaces. Our staff can also accept packages and mail on your behalf and provide individual codes for employees who need access when you’re not there.


Bluebird realizes that placing your belongings in self-storage can be a difficult and emotional process.
