I was able to benefit a promo for reduced rent in the first rental month of my storage unit. Nicole made it all so easy to set up an account. Reception area is neat and tidy with a variety of moving boxes and supplies. The facility itself feels clean and well-maintained. I like that there is an overhead light inside my storage unit. Overall a great customer experience. I recommend Bluebird Storage.

Best of all, Nicole saved the last available unit of that size for me after I had reserved it as they were in high demand. The paperwork to rent it was a breeze to get through and this was honestly the best customer service experience I've had in a long time, Nicole is stellar at what she does.
